How to be a rebel in this Climate Emergency

We will be discussing what Extinction Rebellion is and how it operates, the importance of non-diolent direct action/civil disobedience and how people can be involved.

Are you frustrated with Governments inaction on climate change? Are you scared of the future ahead of us? Want to know more about how you can use your power as individuals and be part of the climate rebellion? The climate emergency is reaching a point where grassroots civil disobedience and direct action to shut down the world's worst offenders remains as one of the only viable avenues to prevent an extinction level event. Collusion between the corpoate sector and the government, fuelled by political donations and the revolving door between parliament and fossil fuel executive positions is causing this completely preventable crisis. Come to our workshop to learn about Extinction Rebellion and how we as individuals can solve the climate emergency.
